It probably comes as no surprise to learn that there are folks out there who have a difficult time communicating and interacting with others. After all, it's not like we are communication professional speaker that is fully trained. This is nothing to fret about by any means. One thing that I feel works well is diving straight in. I can still recall back in grade school and high school I had such a difficult time with class presentations. They just made me so nervous.
